Simple side dish with Asain inspired flavors. Serve with grilled fish, pork or steak.
Steamed Snow Peas with Garlic and Ginger
- Complexity: very easy
- 1 lb Snow peas
- 2 tbsp Grated ginger root
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
Start by gently steaming the snow peas. Whisk the ginger root, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil together. When mixed pour over the steamed snow peas.
