Shipwreck Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs and Potato Recipe
- Ready in: 15 to 20 minutes
- Serves: 4
- 6 eggs
- 1 package cubed potatoes (or cube your own potatoes in small pieces, so they'll cook quickly)
- 1 T butter
- In a frying pan, melt and heat the butter.
- Add potatoes and cook until tender.
- Crack all 6 eggs into the pan and scramble until done.
