Grilled Shrimp Skewers
- Ready in: 15 minutes prep + 10 minutes to cook
- Serves: 8
- 42 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 8 Bamboo skewers - soaked in water
Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let site while you light a grill to medium heat. Thread 6 shrimp onto each skewer. Grill turning often until no longer translucent. Serve.
