Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Grilled Shrimp Skewers


  • 42 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 Bamboo skewers - soaked in water


Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Let site while you light a grill to medium heat.  Thread 6 shrimp onto each skewer.  Grill turning often until no longer translucent.  Serve.
