Tangy mustard sauce that is prefect with chilled or hot seafood. It is a nice accompaniment to or replacement for traditional cocktail sauce.
Florida Mustard Sauce
- Ready in: 15 minutes

- Complexity: very easy
- 1/4 C country Dijon mustard 1/3 C non-fat sour cream 2 T Worcestershire sauce 2 t lemon juice 1 t garlic salt dash of black pepper a couple of dashes Tabasco to taste
- 1/3 C non-fat sour cream
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1 t garlic salt
- dash of black pepper
- a couple of dashes Tabasco to taste
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Chill.
Serve with crab legs, lobster, shrimp or crab cakes.
