Grilled Corn on the Cob Recipe

- 12 Ears of corn in the husk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Wooden skewers soaked in water

Peel ears leaving husks on at bottom and remove corn silk. Brush on butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Replace husks covering ears and tie around top. Place corn on the grill or on a screen over hot coals. Turn often until all side are done.
Serve with a lime wedge for a simple refreshing treat
